- Prices are listed in ZAR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made at the time of ordering via our secure payment provider.
2.2 Antique Items
- Antique and vintage items displayed on the website are not available for direct online purchase.
- These items are listed for browsing and enquiry purposes only.
- To purchase an antique item, customers must contact us directly through the contact form, email, or phone. Payment and delivery arrangements will be handled offline.
3. Order Confirmation and Payment
- For lifestyle products, an email confirmation will be sent upon successful payment.
- Artefect reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, particularly in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Lifestyle Products
- Shipping details, costs, and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
- Artefect is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
4.2 Antique Items
- Shipping and delivery for antique items will be discussed and agreed upon privately with the buyer.
- Artefect will assist in arranging trusted couriers or in-person collection as appropriate.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Lifestyle Products
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5.2 Antique Items
- All antique sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Due to the nature and uniqueness of antique items, we do not offer standard returns or refunds.

- Antique items may show signs of wear consistent with age and use. Buyers are encouraged to ask for additional details or photographs before making a purchase.
